Vase with winter foliage

Hand embroidery of a vase containing winter foliage. Mounted in a 6 inch diameter hoop with felt backing. Appliqued vase stitched onto a hand dyed blue cotton background. Stitched with a lot of detail using stranded embroidery threads.
